My scanner said an update was available - so I updated via wifi - update completed, unit says to restart, so I did but now it will not go past the boot up screen ---- shows loading bar and when the bar is filled it just stays on that screen - We left in on for over 30mins and still will not boot up past that screen..........Great update, froze our shop scanner - now we have a back up of vehicles all because of this update.....sent email to tech support - lets see what they say and how long it will take them..................Time is $$$$$$$
